Who We Are

More Than a Craft — A Community

Radhe Radhe Self Help Group is a collective of skilled rural women who handcraft premium clay Karwas, festive décor and customised handicrafts.

Founded in the heart of Village Ugrah, Post Kailashpur, District Saharanpur, our group was created with one purpose — to give rural women a livelihood without leaving their homes and families behind. Today, our artisans transform humble clay into beautiful, meaningful creations that reach homes and businesses across India.

Operated by Rukmani and supported under the UPSRLM / NRLM mission, we blend timeless tradition with a modern commitment to quality, reliability and social impact.

How We Work

From Humble Clay to Handcrafted Art

Every product passes through eight careful stages — each one touched by skilled hands and finished with pride.

Pieces are sun-dried gradually to prevent cracks.

    Painting

Vibrant, festive colours are hand-painted with love.

  5. 05

    Decoration

Golden lace, latkans and sequins are added by hand.
